It acts as the primary coordinator among vessel owners, internal company departments, managed vessels, charterers, and various external stakeholders such as ship agents, ship-chandlers, bunker suppliers, shippers, receivers, lighter vessel carriers, and stevedores. With responsibilities ranging from providing post-fixture support, issuing voyage instructions, ensuring adherence to charter party agreements, to overseeing the safe and efficient transportation all the way and delivery of cargo at the agreed point, the operation department plays a crucial role.
The department oversees cargo handling, port operations, pilotage, towage, wharfage, dockage, lightening, canal transits, and the conveyance of cargoes. The department also manages cargo handling arrangements and oversees the loading and discharging of vessels. This hands-on operational involvement is instrumental in keeping us closely abreast of current market conditions, a vital aspect in maintaining a competitive edge.
The department also manages fund disbursements, coordinates freight/hire/demurrage collection from charterers, and ensures vessels safe passage at sea

The Chartering Department engages in periodical reviews of reports to assess market conditions and identify opportunities. This department screens diverse employment opportunities for vessels, receiving instructions from Owners to pursue, negotiate terms, and ultimately enter into chartering agreements. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Charterers, the Chartering Department plays a pivotal role in the strategic decisions regarding vessel charters on behalf of the Owners.
